I should be studying for exams right now, but I decided to clean up the code, release a new version of RPGLauncher and put it on GitHub here. I also have a website full of other RPG Maker related goodies at mathew.link, but it’s down until I can go home and fix it. There’s a script there which can install the RTPs, which I would recommend instead of the archive on that post, but I guess I can’t recommend that while it’s offline.

Anyway, hope this helps a few people play games.
